Pros
Benefits, select small pockets of good people, flexible time off.
Cons
This company has no idea who they are, where they are going and even what they are doing half the time. Processes take forever and swirl, too many people are involved in everything, nothing moves forward, lots of silos, politics are heavy, leadership is egotistical and lead with drilling down fear, and a lot of favoritism..usually with the worst people only because they have been there for so long. You can't make mistakes or speak up. No work balance, yet they talk about how great their flexible time off is. This company does not care about the people even though they always say they are "people first". Most all of leadership doesn't know how to lead and are dismissive, cold, manipulative, self focused, bullies. They are quick to fire people, can't keep clients, and can't gain new ones. Pay is below market, and there is no investment in the people. Revenue is all that matters. The people who stay only stay because they can't find a job and are stuck. We go into the office as requested, but all of leadership is remote and doesn't have to live by the rule. Inconsistent unfair treatment is the only way they operate. Owner seems cold, detached and views the people as disposable. Very corporate.
