owners have weak business morals and will throw anyone and everyone under the bus in order to get by. consistently lied to customers and vendors in order to make them look better than what they actually are. the managers did the best they could but with such weak men above them its hard to succeed. THEY ARE NOT ASSET BASED THEY ARE A 3PL. lost majority of their customer base because of the bad play calls by the owners. the owners may promote you to account manager but they will micromanage everything you do. also if you are let go or fired do not expect the owners to be there, they will leave early and have a manager let you go.
