      Benefits, profit sharing, salary increases, Christmas Party. If you have a good contract you are good to go. If not - eh

      Cons

      This company started off really strong and was completely employee centered. As it grew, it became a bruh culture and one owner is immature and the other lost his ethical compass on how he treats people and behaves in the business community. They don't take employees being harassed seriously.

      Pros

      People First, always! Compensation and benefits packages are competitive. Communication is great from the top-down. Employee Recognition is top-tier and continuous feedback is welcomed. Takes the mission seriously.

      Cons

      PTO policy is non-negotiable Slightly small for the mission, needs to grow into more geographic areas where the primary client has footing.

      Company is outstanding, but some times the clients are challenging but that comes with the territory. No issues
