Excellent place to work - Anonymous employee Fusion IT Employee Review

I have been working at Fusion, going on five years. Since my first day, I have felt at home among this team. For the first time since leaving the military, I feel like this is where I was supposed to be! Fusion is a conservative company with Christian faith-based core values. The leadership at Fusion has taken the time to invest in me professionally (& personally) and teach me more about what I thought I already knew, LOL! I feel like I have a long future with this company. Their focus on servitude and good stewardship of what is entrusted to them sets the tone for each work day. They provide an excellent work-life balance, many learning opportunities, and offer fair compensation. My coI have been working at Fusion, going on five years. As with many smaller businesses, everyone is required to wear many hats. However, since my first day, I have felt that for the first time since leaving the military, I am where I am supposed to be, that I am at home among this team! I cannot think of any cons outside of my 1 hour drive each way, but even that is worth it!
