      Pros

      Some good people that try really hard.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. Underfunded, zero direction, continue to add work, bow down to whatever the client wants. Often mislead. Rapid turnover ie. Third project manager on a 5 month engagement.

      Pros

      great content and fun extreme sport productions. All around dynamic, fun and exhilarating ideas to move forward with new shows

      Cons

      under funded, top management and owner were not straight forward before accepting position with company. Finding never came and struggle financially

      Great people, challenging work, decent working conditions

      Cons

      No integration of acquired companies, lack of focus on what the company really wants to be. Benefits are ok, no matching 401K
