Pros

no pros, toxic environment with a lot of exploitation, very low pay, expectation is to work on your days off or late after work. do not follow industry standard in terms of employee benefits. they hang the proverbial carrot of going IPO one day and have an expectation of working for 5 years before they hand out stock options, and expect everyone to put up with the toxicity in the hopes of one day getting it.

Cons

Lot of gaslighting when it comes to management, they will make you feel like it is your fault for bringing concerns to their attention, no training provided whatsoever or onboarding, the expectation is to not question, put your head down and work your soul off. Everyone will try to put on a nice persona when all they do is play favourites with each other. This has been the most stressful job I have ever worked and my mental/physical health has taken a big toll

Pros

The company has a strong reputation for innovation and professional development, and I'm excited about the opportunity to grow my skills while contributing to meaningful projects.

Cons

Because the company operates in a fast-paced and high-performing environment, it can sometimes lead to long hours or high expectations, which may require careful time management and work-life balance.
