1. Typical Startup issue. 2. Be Prepared to Burn the midnight oil. 3. Deadlines, customer centric mostly 4. Salary not at par with the industry, but will increase as per the company's growth 5. Not suitable for lazy mindset and 9-5 job seekers.

It's a new market ecom based industry which means it has the potential

There is no transparency, be it with dealing with client and customers or to their employees. No Employee engagement, benefits etc. Sure its a start up but that means there should be a work culture which is non existential. Never would you want to work in a place where they make you work like animals and not be recognized for your work or appreicated.
