Incredible founders, collaborative team, opinions are valued, extremely supportive environment for working parents.

I do not have any cons to share as I personally have not experienced any opportunities.

Maybe free products? Can't really think of anything else...

The culture at Fur is super unfriendly and cliquey. I noticed this on day one. Leadership is all over the place in terms of their objectives and will scrap plans at the last second to then go in a completely different direction without warning. There's a reason turnover is high - not somewhere I would recommend at all.
