Pros
Free product WFH Decent work / life balance
Cons
- Extremely negative environment - They will not fully cover your health insurance and have terrible benefits - Toxic co-workers that seem to thrive off of being mean and bringing down others - Straight up middle-school social dynamic of mean girls - Little upwards mobility, as soon as you express proficiency or do well on your project, CEOs will find a way to inappropriately criticize you, and deny career opportunities - Employing interns to run the company as replacements for full-time staff - Paranoia from CEOs that no one can run the company correctly, constantly tells staff they are not good at their jobs - Refusal to change titles or give raises, even with consistent good work reviews and work in bringing millions of dollars in business to the company - Little to no respect for staff, CEOs truly think that they are at the center of the universe and that everyone else is below them - Clear favoritism for core staff members that are extremely bad at their jobs and bully others to quit - The entire company is made of people who are on their first "real" jobs, they have 0 outside experience in the fields they are supposed to work on - Product development is so unprofessional and seems to have no idea what they are doing - Just weird vibes overall, founders literally could care less about their staff and treat them like a cult
