Good location and nice supportive colleagues. In the beginning there was excitement and lots of positivity. Fun and creative vibe.
Cons
Where do I start. Once the honeymoon period was over I soon realised why there were so many new staff members in and out of the business. Very high staff turnover. I didn’t understand it at first because I had an ok relationship with management and got the work done. Once you are no longer a favourite or think differently to management they make it very obvious they no longer want you. This comes directly from the director of the business. I was ignored in front of other staff members and made to feel like I was incompetent. Looking back there was definitely workplace bullying and I wish I had spoken up.

Pros
Pros were meeting such a lovely team who helped me through all the challenges and difficulties I faced when I was left to pick up everything when my whole team left.
Cons
No career progression is available and very hard to ask for a pay rise. Management was very very difficult to deal with because you are being micro managed by 5 different people who are asking you to do things that contradicts the others. Most of my colleagues that I have worked with have quit due to the stressful environment and there was no recognition of the great work you’re doing when they notice one minor flaw. Management are quick to point fingers at us when something goes wrong when they were to blame for having no instructions on what we were supposed to do.
