The company's mission is wonderful. So much can be said for believing in what you are doing. Everyone is so helpful and there is so much collaboration throughout the company to provide the best support for clients. Additionally, core values are of great importance when bringing in new people, so the culture is fantastic! The company is always looking for ways to be better. A stagnant company, is a dying company. We are always evolving and improving! Due to the occasional long hour day, the company finds ways to mitigate, like early Fridays during the slower season, or bringing in dinner for the entire company!
Cons
A concrete filing window does lead to long hours during certain parts of the year. There is a learning curve and it can take months before you feel you have an understanding of the program.
