Most colleagues are friendly and supportive. There is a good atmosphere amongst the general working staff. Pay is good and at times above average than larger institutions. Social events organised by Funds Axis are usually fully paid. Yearly pay rises despite inflation.

Whilst the general working staff are very good, senior management team, and so called "directors" are not on par with how you would expect a senior member of staff to be. No direction, no communication and zero support provided to junior staff and middle management. There are company wide training sessions, but the people who really need them (at the top of the company) don't attend these sessions to learn the basics of running teams. Lack of career progression as the company is small and depends on the team you are in.

The work environment is occasionally relaxed, providing some moments of ease amid daily tasks. Many colleagues are friendly and ready to offer help when needed. Employees can generally finish their workday by 5 pm without the expectation of overtime. The CEO has a background with reputable institutions, bringing valuable experience.

There is a significant lack of effective day-to-day communication between senior and junior management, which hampers operational efficiency. Management, including the CEO, appears to lack the necessary skills and awareness to lead effectively, contributing to a disorganized environment. The CEO is an egghead — highly intellectual but often out of touch with practical management and employee needs, attempting to appear cool but ultimately coming across as disconnected and unsuccessful in leadership.
