Pros
Funda is a 20 year old company, so when I joined I expected a lot of legacy code and generally an old stack. I was pleasantly surprised that that wasn't the case. Most things are in .Net Core and almost everyone is very concerned about quality code instead of quick fixes. This year has also been the year of changes (new CEO, new org structure, new ways of working) so it's been quite exciting to see the company trying to get to the next level of "high performing company" as they call it. So it's not really "set in its ways" as you would expect regarding procedures. Other than that the free food is nice, location is great, lots of perks and generally a relaxed work style.
Cons
Since this has been the year of change it's been quite stressful for some people. It also makes it difficult to really build a consistent way of working when so much other things are going on too. They are also growing so new people join the team which affects team dynamics which is fine, just not very stable. There's also some processes that need to be revamped but they don't have priority right now. Too many ideas and not enough people to do them.
