      Pros

      -The company is growing so there are lots of opportunities -Flexible working hours with a flexible workspace, my boss once told me I can work from the moon if I would like (as far as the work is done) . FundCount understands work-life balance and respects that -Management provides regular communication, listens to and considers new ideas, and continually encourages growth, both personally and professionally -Friendly culture which helps create mentors with lots of opportunities to get involved in various projects based on your interest -A place you can call home, many employees have been here a long time which allows deep integration into the business and the ability to create pathways to success for others -Everyone around is always Happy to Help, which makes the workplace special

      Cons

      No company is perfect. While we grow, there are things that are evolving that come along with any growing company. It's important to not get hung up on what's wrong, but to focus on what is happening that is right and the progress in actions that support that. With this growth is an opportunity to define the future and the role you play in it. That mindset is rewarded at FundCount.

      Pros

      Amazing company and great product. Management, employees and the clients are extremely knowledgeable helpful people and they are always willing to help. I’ve got my opportunity to start the journey with Fund Count in the middle of pandemic and it’s been great and better every single day I’m spending here. There are many opportunities to grow and become better version of yourself.

      Cons

      Not enough time to complete tasks on the daily basis.
