Benefits are really great if you constantly have prescriptions. Good work life balance depending on the scheduling Offer a lot of opportunities outside your desk or workspace with events, holiday themed things, etc

Salary is nowhere near what it should be for the amount of work you do, especially in administration or sitting behind a desk. Not including deputies. Management and some co-workers are terrible. You'll feel like you're working with a bunch of 13th graders. Lots of cliques that ostracize you if you don't "get with the program" or act in a way that is satisfying to them. If you complain or go to HR, they make you out to be the villain for "not being the bigger person".
