      -$175 a day -Teachers a nice and you get to participate in teacher appreciation events -You get to network and meet a lot of different people -The students are funny and usually pretty sweet

      Cons

      -You will run in to behavioral concerns sometimes -Lack of support depending on the school -No benefits -You will not be paid when school is out, even on snow days

      Pros

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
