      Schools will start to call you once they know you; most have a "preferred" list. You can work almost any day you choose. You may select when and where you work; fairly flexible.

      Cons

      Very low pay Terrible "case" system; phone rings off the hook. People who run system refuse to believe you are getting 20-30 calls/phone message space loaded with recorded messages. Not enough subs

      Pros

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
