Pros
The people you work with at your level are great people who will have your back through and through. Hybrid work policy (as of the time of writing) is great for work/life balance. Likely will continue to grow and grow. Health benefits and time-off policies are better than average. Portland office is really cool and has prime 360 views + a roof deck.
Cons
Used to be a fun, small, local company, but after it was bought by publicly traded companies, things changed. Things got corporate pretty fast. Leadership changed hands, and there has been a lot of turnover. Used to be a company where you could start in customer service or the warehouse and work your way into a different career path / department and into management, but that hasn't happened since they took on corporate ownership. The people I worked with over my 3+ years there never felt they were getting paid enough for the work they were doing. It never felt good that people working the most difficult & taxing jobs (e.g. customer service, warehouse, etc.) were paid so much less than people working easier jobs in other departments. Fully will always say they are paying average "market rates" for jobs based on location, but that doesn't translate to a decent living wage.
