Pros

Unlimited PTO, 100% remote work, diversity of staff in HQ/main office areas

Cons

Unethical behavior, poor salaries, frequent changes of leadership and business reshuffling, unclear roles and responsibilities, lack of support, expected to do multiple jobs under a single role without adequate training or compensation, complaints from customers. I don’t even know where to begin with listing the cons of this company. It’s so disorganized, so unethical at times, so obviously mismanaged that only desperate people would probably work here willingly once you start to see what’s up. There’s quite a few talented and hard-working individuals within the individual Fullsteam business untis but at lower levels (meaning not a VP or some kind of leader) quite often grossly underpaid or overworked if not both. Company utilizes questionable practices on a multitude of levels, customers complain about payment processing, hard to get clarity on Fullsteam practices in general and tons of change making it hard to know what the hell is going on. Extremely slow moving when it comes to organizational issues, HR matters; honestly it’s probably not a company that I would ever recommend anybody work at if they had a choice

Pros

Remote. Onboarding was organized. Worked with some great people. Benefits package was fine. It was a good training stop.

Cons

There was this one leader who is permitted to treat anyone any way he wants to. He can say whatever he wants and gregariously does it in front of a "room" full of people. Tacky doesn't even cover it. And he continues to be lauded for his accomplishments while he treats people with sheer rudeness. It's reprehensible. There are great leaders trying to do great things, btu they get silenced by whomever has the largest pipeline. Business is about the bottom line and Fullsteam definitely paints that picture. The acquisition of companies and the bulldozing strategy to accomplish the goals with no regard for the team that built the relationships with their clients and less regard for how the customers feel is shocking. Unclear comp plans, changing job descriptions and extreme pivots from original expectations. So much more but I can't give this company another moment of my peace, so...just beware.
