Pros
- Decent product offering. Marketing sometimes over‑promises, but core product compares well with competitors. - CEO seems like a decent person, definitely a smart person, I don't think he knows how many of his staff is treated. - Solid work–life balance. - Positive culture IF you're located in either of the Israeli offices, not so much in the US. - The Customer Service team is excellent, both at the individual contributor level who deals with customers on a daily basis, and the management team that runs it.
Cons
- If you're looking at a role within the US-based team I'd look elsewhere, in my experience you are definitely treated like an afterthought within the company if you're US based. - From a BizDev standpoint, several integrations and partnerships stalled due to Engineering and Product resource constraints. Customer requests were acknowledged but ultimately deprioritized by Product and Engineering, despite “data integration” being a core company value. Customers were told to it expect it down the line with no concrete timeline given. - CRO is a very good salesperson, but a TERRIBLE leader, evident by the massive amount of churn on the sales team. - At best, US HR is unresponsive; at worst, they seem deliberately indifferent to employee problems. They are either overwhelmed, unable or unwilling to answer basic questions, or completely indifferent to employee issues.
