Pros

Co-workers are friendly and the atmosphere is energetic. Most of the managers started off as on the line level so they can relate to the staff, and the fact that they moved up in the company provides motivation to employees seeking to further our careers. It also gives a sense of job security. We were nominated two consecutive years by the Pittsburgh newspapers one of the Top Places to Work which was voted on by the employees so obviously my co-workers feel the same!

not many that I can personally think of.

Cons

Lack of training Lack of diversity in the appointment setting department Very disrespectful and discriminatory comments from your management Very unprofessional team leader Low pay and unneeded perks(somehow reach very hard objectives to "spin the wheel" for a chance at a popcorn movie night...?) The worst of it all is the commission structure. You get base+commision but you only meet your commission by reaching 6 quality appointments. If you close an appointment but the business owner does not show up to meet your sales rep, you DO NOT get paid. you lose money for a ton of things not in your control. You can write 20 appointments and only get paid for 9 of them. The company will absolutely find ways including blatantly lying to you to make sure you do not get paid for your appointments.
