Lots of companies in Philippines and/or in US are laying off their employees due to the Covid-19. Not because they don't have a heart but because Leaders are also human in the sense that they need to think for the best of greater number of people. Even though they don't want to, but of course, business is business at the end of the day. I am grateful with the opportunity Full Potential Solutions has given me. Despite the pandemic situation, they trusted me that i can do the job. And i will always remember how they embraced me during the time that i needed it the most.
