Cons
Very little value is placed on work/life balance and creating an environment that will keep employees around for the long run. Upper management loves to sweep problems under the rug and thinks enthusiasm will fix systemic issues. Bonuses for managers were never set, not fluid, usually unattainable and pay was always well under what an employee/their experience was worth. A lot of talk and not a lot of follow through with plans or promises. Have seen a lot of negative and prestigious energy that makes it feel like a very judgy, experts only shop despite preaching that it is a community hub.
