Easy promotion but you end up doing same job as analyst with more working hours Those who left as manager end up getting analyst level joh after a struggle These job requires only one skill which is English nothing else is required
Cons
Job title is a SCAM it is a DATA ENTRY job, anyone with basic English can do but they will call that as a Data Analyst You wont gaint any skillset here Check for JD and skills required for Data Analyst in Google before joining No job security Once you live the job you will be as good as a fresher Managmenet makes alot of double meaning jokes Cheap politics Management reports all the negative review and most of the positive reviews are posted by the management
