Pros
The company started off okay however it has declined. They did give a 2 weeks pay severance. So it could've been a degree worse.
Cons
Title: Unethical Layoffs and Poor Management Practices at Fry Reglet As a former employee of Fry Reglet, I must express my deep disappointment and disillusionment with the company's recent actions. The merger of two plants was handled poorly from the start, but what followed was even more egregious. Without any warning or consideration for the hardworking individuals who dedicated their time and efforts to the company, Fry Reglet decided to lay off a quarter of its workforce. This heartless decision left many families in turmoil, unsure of how they would make ends meet or find new employment in an already challenging job market. The manner in which the layoffs were carried out was callous and disrespectful. Employees were blindsided, given no opportunity to prepare for the sudden loss of income and stability. It is clear that Fry Reglet prioritized its bottom line over the well-being of its employees, showing a blatant disregard for their loyalty and dedication. Furthermore, the lack of transparency and communication throughout the merger process and subsequent layoffs reflects a profound failure in leadership and management at Fry Reglet. Employees were left in the dark, with no explanation or justification for the decisions that were made on their behalf. In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend Fry Reglet as an employer based on my personal experience and the unethical practices I witnessed. The company's treatment of its employees during the merger and layoffs was reprehensible and speaks volumes about its values and priorities. I urge potential employees to think twice before considering a career at Fry Reglet.
