The other employees are good people. Other than that, there is not much else.
Cons
A company that promises a lot but fails to deliver on any of it, unnecessarily raises the hopes of its employees. They keep them engaged in this way knowing that the employees will eventually leave. However, they don't even provide a laptop for the job, you have to work with your own computer.
