The other employees are good people. Other than that, there is not much else.

A company that promises a lot but fails to deliver on any of it, unnecessarily raises the hopes of its employees. They keep them engaged in this way knowing that the employees will eventually leave. However, they don't even provide a laptop for the job, you have to work with your own computer.

Salary and calm work. Nothing special.

Company has one main project, which is developing more than 5 years already. And every year it has a «start». Every year, when team realise that, most of them get fired. And company tries to push employee to leave the company by himself.
