      If you are going to the academy in Texas, you will get a great training curriculum, and well taken care of.

      Cons

      However, unless you are willing to work for them for 1 year it can cost you a lot. Once you are OTR be prepared for a lot of sitting and waiting for your loads. Be prepared for dismal pay and crap benefits.
