Pros

Global company - working on global perspective with people on different level from CEOs to PA s it's always benefit in terms of personal development. You may find an access to many usefull tools and deliverables but you need to search for it on your own. You dont have to have a solid expierience or knowledge to start and if you lucky enough you can even apear on TV.

Cons

The main rule seems to be quantity not quality. Its extreamly hard to get an support from the management but, its ultra easy to gain more, and more resposibilities. Not transparent policy regarding empolyees, in terms of personal trainings, promotions, bonuses or salary rises. After some time you will stop believe that it exists. Almost no social benefits. There is one word that could explain this company its "cheap", Cheap service, cheap office, cheap equipment, cheap flights (if any), cheap work force.

Pros

I get to work from home

Cons

I haven't gotten my earned raises in 6 years. The only way you get your bonus is if you quit.
