Pros

-There are great, friendly, and enjoyable people that work there -Great place to get started in the Credit Card Industry -Local company that serves many local customers -Some of the senior management are great, others not so much -Office environment is clean, friendly, and approachable

Cons

-The office can be somewhat immature at times/lacking structure -The CEO can be very crass/politically opinionated/borderline racist -High employee turnover caused the company to flounder significantly while I was employed, causing a lack of direction for employees. -Some unethical practices were going on at the time of my employment -Despite seeing the CEO on an almost daily basis, never once did he approach me to learn more about who I was.

Pros

Frontline Processing provides a dynamic workplace because of it's people and the business itself. There is so much to learn and plenty of opportunities to be trained and build new skill sets and broaden business knowledge. Working here has given me a chance to advance in my career. There is always someone available to listen to ideas, challenges and the staff here are very open and helpful to one another. I have loved my experience here and would highly recommend Frontline Processing for anyone seeking a new, fun and exciting job opportunity.

Cons

Department managers could do a better job communicating with HR about issues with their department staff.

Pros

A great place to move ahead. Fast advancement opportunities for those looking to grow and take on challenges. Full benefits as well as bonuses. I like the fact that they listen to their staff when it comes to salving problems Five Stars.

Cons

The company processes payments for businesses. Customers can be a challenge if they are having issues. The company has policies that favor their customers in disputes which is why its has a A+ BBB rating and there is not much negative on the internet about the company even after 20 years in business.
