Good payment, full remote work, great team collaboration, company culture, tons of tech and stuff to learn.
Cons
A leak of SOP, communication strategy, and opacity between teams. Poor documentation or training in some areas. A lot of Microsoft Teams work instead of the regular business systems, teams growth is decompensated, high volume of work, and some regions have different C&B.
