Pros
Great collaborative environment, even if fully remote. The remote working is very well organized and the company supports you in building your perfect home office. The colleagues are always very friendly, nice, and willing to help. Many possibilities of career advancements.
Cons
Some minor bureaucratic things to be adjusted with current Italian regulations (the Italian office is very recent!)
