The manager and team lead of every departments are very professional and capable in doing their jobs. - Great and supporting colleagues! I noticed that everyone works as a team even in challenging situation. The inter-department communication is surprisingly easy, which makes my work faster. - The company do appreciate and acknowledge your hard work! I have never seen anyone taking credit of someone's else's work throughout my 4 years working here.

The company is quite small in headcount. It may be a cons for someone else, but I'm comfortable working with smaller team.
