Pros
- The CEO and management have a clear vision for the company. Everything about company is transparent, even for the new joiner. The manager and team lead of every departments are very professional and capable in doing their jobs.
- Great and supporting colleagues! I noticed that everyone works as a team even in challenging situation. The inter-department communication is surprisingly easy, which makes my work faster.
- The company do appreciate and acknowledge your hard work! I have never seen anyone taking credit of someone's else's work throughout my 4 years working here.
Cons
The company is quite small in headcount. It may be a cons for someone else, but I'm comfortable working with smaller team.
