My experience here has been nothing but positive. I’ve had the opportunity to contribute to the success of the firm and take on more responsibility as Frontier has grown. It’s a great work environment and management is very committed to the personal advancement of all the staff.

As long as you are comfortable handling a fair amount of responsibility, I didn't see any cons.

Good salary. Easy midtown location but Frontier manages ambulatory surgical centers.

There should be no surprise that this company manages the Ambulatory Surgical Center, Yorkville Endoscopy, responsible for the death of Joan Rivers. The operations for this company can be compared to a circus. No one has any idea what they are doing and you have to report to 8 supervisors. They do not understand the concept of "management consulting."
