      Pros

      The company offers competitive salaries and commissions. They are moving to offer the best products in the market (Ring Central, managed DIA, MW-LAN) and they have been working to offer a competitive commission structure.

      Cons

      The current commission structure in punitive rather than rewarding and they are limited to a payout tier of 50-100% to goal attainment. Additionally, recent sales goals have been placed in the 95th percentile of attainment for the Tampa market.

      Verizon bought the company. Let everyone go a couple months after buying us out.
