Pros

Not many, good pay. Thank god for the union.

Cons

No work life balance. Culture of double standards. Leadership is a joke. Always blaming the workers for the company poor performance. Can you possible hire any more vice-presidents and directors.

Verizon bought the company. Let everyone go a couple months after buying us out.
