Pros
Frontiers focus on being involved and giving back to the communities; local engagement, community involvement. Frontier is working hard to bring substandard former Verizon properties upto a operating standard that provides service to customers. Frontier Management does care about the employees and provides recognition and thanks for jobs well done.
Cons
Not really downsides, in this economy many have remained employeed and this has been a choice but the salaries at Frontier are much lower than the industry. A great deal of upper leadership is from friends of CEO and top executives and often times are making changes that appear on the fly they make sense to their previous industry but the changes get discarded and employees left disgruntled.
