Job security. Unless you are not performing as expected. There has been no layoff so far
Cons
Too much workload and too many tight deadline. Sometimes you can not breathe with the pressure. The company will not promote you no matter how well you perform in less than 4 or 5 years. So you have to be there long enough to get a promotion
