Pros
Everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful, they will help you find a job even if it's something temporary. They have several different clients that they work with and hire for many different companies. A lot of the positions they have are immediate start as well.
Front Range Staffing is very experienced at placing workers in positions that best meet their skillsets. I was able to work at as a receptionist at NexGen Pharma before even graduating with my bachelor's degree in English and Chemistry--meaning now I have experience in my field working in an FDA secured industrial facility. They're great at communicating when they have work for you. After my assignment ended at NexGen, they helped me with other assignments at the Broadmoor so I could meet my financial obligations.
Cons
Temp Agency work is always sketch, considering the company you work for may treat you as a lesser employee. But Front Range Staffing does try to educate you and inform you as much as possible to enable you to perform well at your job.
