It took a bit for Front Gate to catch up to their growth as the last three years have been steep both in new hires and in profits/expansion. The scaling of the company has now leveled out and they're starting to really focus on me as an employee giving me opportunities to discuss my plan for growth. They have really taken a look at gender pay gaps and focus on equality across the sexes. Our CEO talks about meritocracy promotions and I have seen it in my role. WE Nation (the women's org within FGT) has been very powerful for me as a woman. We've only just begun, but I see great things with this program.
Cons
There are still too few women in the tech department. My manager doesn't always communicate down things from the higher discussions and I'd like to hear more of that.
