Pros
Everyone at Front is excited and passionate about the things they're working on. It really helps fuel and inspire me to find ways to make an impact internally and to our customers. Leadership is genuinely interested in helping me become not only a better designer but a better person. The design team is talented and collaborative. Everyone has a low ego and constantly finds ways to engage each other. When I look for new roles I consider a couple of factors: 1. Product - do i believe in the product? Is the business on a positive trajectory? 2. Team - is the team collaborative, transparent, excited and genuine? culture? fit? 3. Role - are expectations aligned w my role? what growth opportunities exist? how am i evaluated? etc. Front checks all of these boxes.
Cons
Tool sprawl. Teams using multiple planning tools that cause some redundancy and impact efficiency some times.
