      Good pay, decent management and opportunity for some

      Cons

      Favoritism prevails. They'll create opportunities for those who they want. Hiring practices for leadership are highly suspect. Top managers are better and more seasoned with lower management it's all wrong. Managers allow too much leeway with lower management. No ability to move up if you speak your mind

      Pros

      No boss breathing down your back all day.

      Cons

      No control over force outs. Management forces out product to the market that may not necessarily be needed or fit in the stores. Always have to sell more than the previous year to keep up with sales goals.
