      There is absolutely nothing positive about this company

      They only care about management They put a bandaid on everything until it becomes a major issue They have no clue how to run a company You would a assume you worked for a small company with no money not a company that has millions of dollars Treats sales reps like crap but expect everything from them

      Pros

      No boss breathing down your back all day.

      Cons

      No control over force outs. Management forces out product to the market that may not necessarily be needed or fit in the stores. Always have to sell more than the previous year to keep up with sales goals.
