      Managers can be extremely rude. Some co-workers doesn't clean up after themselves. Might be understaffed on busy days.

      Pros

      The residents are wonderful. They believe in their town and love the long standing traditions they hold.

      Cons

      Building needs lots of improvements. Staffing was always a struggle. Regional clinical leadership were not educated on assisted living regulations so it was difficult to get support needed.
