Excellent work life balance and flexability. Travel between the two sites kept things interesting. Would recomend to anyone with a family. Good communication
Cons
The work is not always very interesting. Sometimes the project manager vs HR manager thing was difficult to work with. Pay quite low, but made up for with the flexibility
Opportunity to advance, flexibility and workplace culture
Cons
Competition: you will find it difficult to stand out, you’ll probably find it difficult to get your ideas acknowledged, and you’ll find that the best jobs attract a lot of competition.
