Initially you are treated with the respect for the reasons you were employed

Cons

One small disagreement with CEO Friend then Mr and Mrs Friend will hound you till you leave. Then prepare your lawyers for an unnecessary fight that you won’t win. Might be related to why the company legal name has changed 4 times and is now legally owned by Off-Shore legal entity!!
