Most of these cons are attributed to the Ennis, Texas site being new and are growing pains. Company attempts to let on as a progressive/unique style of employer but is still stuck in a original corporate style of employment. Massive lack of communication at all levels Disorganized, lacks proper job resources like documentation, proper schematics, parts management, scheduling confidence, proper training is The companys Core values are integrity, innovation, respect, teamwork, partnership, results, and environmental stewardship but lack the very important value of ACCOUNTABILITY and it shows. Management and leadership in Ennis (not supervisors) lack proper leadership skills, fundamental understanding of succesful manufacturing process, floor experience, adaptive resolution and concern from employee feedback. No team building events, company picnics, Christmas dinners etc.
