Pros
Remote work. If you are lucky to land in a good team you'll have fun
Cons
They really don't provide any job stability. Either you work 15hrs a day or you'll never have job stability, even years down the line, which is really not cool. They hire a bunch, keep weeding out and keep 2-3 max at the end. They don't even provide a lot of recovery time and are quick to fire. They are ruthlessly selfish but do a great job in posing the friendliness and everything you'll be told initially. You'll find out eventually.
