Current worker - Anonymous employee Fresh Express Employee Review

When i first started it was fine, but ever since Cutrale bought this company, work has gotten ridiculously hard to do. It's not that the work is hard but just the obstacles they put on you to be able to do it. It's like trying to work with your hands tied. Very cheap company. They don't provide the workers with the tools they need to do the job. A just get it done company (which I have no problem with but they take it to the extreme by not providing you the tools). In 4 years I have only gotten a 30 cent raise. Employee morale very low.
